Don’t think crude bragging or insulting PUBLIC TALK were part of the wild west tradition. Say the things that are sometimes said on this board in a town like old Darwin and you’d probably be dead. There were still old guys out in the desert in the 1960s who always clammed up when a woman was present because they were afraid they’d slip and accidentally say something shocking.
