Hopefully, nobody goes down Dedeckera Cyn, while you're heading for Saline Valley. I did it from Saline Valley to the Eureka Dunes and there are not too many spots where you could pass through with two vehicles going in oposite directions. Much worse than that, I'd say it would be quite challenging to back up over the drops in the canyon - no matter in which direction one's going to try it. The route isn't really busy, but I was quite worried about an "encounter" when I was going down the canyon... Just wanted to mention that.
