Mehran,
March is a good time for moderate weather conditions (not too hot, not too cold). Prime tourist time (lots of other visitors). The flower bloom is very dependent on how much rain and the temperature, March may be too early?? The flower bloom is hard to predict and then, if at all, only peaks for several weeks (it is at times like forecasting the weather and/or playing bingo). You can easily find areas within Death Valley that have day hikes and Hotels (but you must reserve rooms in advance for busy times), or you can find areas very much in no-mans land and spend a day, week, or more out there. I would suggest reading as much as you can about the area before visiting as this will make your trip and plans much better. Visit http://www.deathvalley.com and the many other sites for tons of useful information...
Best of luck and have fun!
M-
