Four-day hiking in Valley

I and a hiking buddy are contemplating a four-day hiking trip to DV over the New Years' holiday. We had planned to hike the Valley area, given that we normally do mountains elsewhere and wanted a change (also given that I assume that the mountains in DV are cold and snow-covered in December-January).

We will drive several hours the day we get into DV, so we planned to camp in Furnace Creek the first night.

We have the next four days/three nights to hike and camp. Any suggestions?
