The only snake I've ever saw was a coachwhip snake about 40 feet from the southern Racetrack parking area. Those things are FAST!!! It looked much like a corn snake (orange)
The temps were on the low side in April and I was wondering what warmed it up.
Incidently, I saw two chukwalla up near Cerro Gordo on the same trip the day before. There was still snow up around Gordo at the time.....
