Birdman, a friend of mine's parents homesteaded a piece of land out near Harper. The area was used as a range were the military was towing around aluminum drones for target practice. Lots of old honeycomb, bullet-filled targets (which the old man made into a shed).

I have found a dozen or so spent brass, and bullets lying around on the desert, especially near the dry lake.

Good story B-Man.

Heck, when 29 stumps allowed me on their range, I ran across lots of big ordnance, both projectiles and bombs. As they said in EOD training, if it is man made DON'T TOUCH IT!!
