Sorry about delay getting back to you. I camped at Texas Spring in January that year, but returned on Easter Vacation (I was a student at College of San Mateo at the time), and stayed down at Furnace Crk ranch. I think I saw a San Jose State geology class on spring break in the late 1960's up at Ryan Borax camp.
