On Monday, August 16, the number of cars that passed through the ROAD CLOSED barriers in Baker and at Old Spanish Trail on SR 127 numbered in the hundreds.
I guess these geniuses thought it was a joke?
To prevent further incursions by the increasing numbers of intellectually challenged people, concrete barriers and a locked chain(gate) have been installed on SR 190 and SR 178 leading into Death Valley.
