Have you tried asking the Park's public relations specialist??? When the flood was going on it was dark and the people who were in the middle of it were a little occupied at the time. Those who are out there now are also a little busy trying to get things fixed. Under the Incident Command system which is put in place with any major incident the Public Relations specialist is the one who gives out info or photos.
