There is no sign, but it is the first turn-off past the big one for the father crowley overlook heading towards Olancha.
I had never been on 190 before, and stopped at the unmarked turn-off from the other direction. The solitude and the deep gorge inspired me to try some echoes. Then I drove around the bend and there were lots of people at the crowley turn-off! You just never know.
