The Death Valley Natural History Association runs the bookstore IN the Visitor center. Their Web site is "under construction" and they give a phone number on their "under construction" page, which see:

I recommended to the association they should pattern their Web site after the one for the Grand Canyon Association. It is about the best association site I have ever used.
