Well, I never even got to the Springs. I wondered how it even got it's name. I was in about 7 miles from Harry Wade Road, past the cabin.
I was able to see the trail as it continued to the Springs, but there was no evidence of any vehicle use. My tire tracks were the only ones I saw from July 7 when I was there the first time.
Why the BLM wants to restrict entry is beyond me. How many people would possibly go to some of these places?
