Someone marketed this idea 30 years ago! The ad for it showed some nozzles and a water container, and I think it was $79.95. This also works for keeping the fuel line cool when you are running into vapor lock problems. Place the washer tube along the fuel line and wrap it up in a cloth. A squirt every once in a while and the cloth stays moist.
