Why the sign is down

Rick and Zardoz, I'm wondering if you are jumping to conclusions. My understanding is that there was no official directive to ANYONE to remove the sign. Although a "ranger" was seen removing it, not everyone in uniform is a ranger, nor is that an assurance it was an official action.

Try to make contact near the top of DEVA management and I'm pretty sure that they will tell you that no one was told to remove the sign.

There is a story behind this story, but I don't know what it is.
