Actually, I use bold or Caps whenever I insert my response into someone elses message, to distinguish the the question from the answer- - - it was not meant as an insult. Sorry if that style of writing offends you. Also, since you worked that area in the 1980's you certainly know more about the mining activity in Owens Valley and Saline than I do.
