There are many small springs scattered across the area, this hot ditch is just 1 mile north of the county baths on the north side of the highway next to a large sign, park and walk up the path to several spots where others have soaked before, I have soaked naked here many times in the past, the vegetation hides you from traffic, just keep some clothes nearby, duh! This ditch is soakable for its entire run, depending on what temperature is to your liking, just move downstream from the source 108*F to where it suits you.
