However, I've gotten 30,000 miles out of each of four sets on the Rover, but I rarely drive it in town and the only highway it sees is that to the edge of the dirt roads. Their AT's I found were great for sand, and when aired down, they wrap around the rocks well making for good rock crawling as well. They last a lot longer in city and on highways then Muds -- I got 60,000 miles out of a set once. Never had a flat with BFG, but recognize that there is a lot of luck involved. Any tire can flatten in the backcountry of DV.
