Many good points out there by all. OVResident is right, how would you feel about someone driving 60 down your 25 MPH residential street. But if someone is tailgating me, I don't try to enforce the law by blocking him and slamming my brakes, I simply let him by. Since he's going faster, that's the last I'll see of him, so now we're both happy.
