And officer J.T Franco is a great guy......treats the public like gold and saves lives, in spite of recently losing a great friend. Hats off to the CHP, who recently lost Lone Pine-Death Valley area officer Paul Pino. Paul was the victim of a high speed driver who drifted off the road after a night of party..while enroute to Mammoth.
