Bulletproof Bumpers

You're probably aware of these guys "Bulletproof Bumpers" but they give a few hints at construction at different places on their website. It may not help you but I thought of them when I looked at the "Stout". Some people add a drain valve and NPT fittings and convert them to air tanks since they're sealed.
(Just in case anyone is wondering, I have nothing to do with Bulletproof Mfg I just like their bumpers.)
