Heck speeding isn't the problem. It is the time vs. distance ratio that you have to pay attention too. That is played out when those knuckeheads believe it is proper to drive 65 in the fast lane causing too many lane changes.
Having too many close calls sounds like time for remedial training. Keep your eye on the ball!
