Sorry about the poor quality, especially of the moon, I copied a print made from a slide on my scanner and it apparently could not handle the subtle gradations on the face of the moon. This is the worse job the scanner has ever done. The print has good quality. Any suggestions that would give me the ability to improve the work of the scanner would be appreciated. I was photographing birds at Indian Ranch with a 600 mm lens when I noticed the moon coming up over the Panamints and then took the photo of the moon.
