Might want to check your security settings. Are you running a firewall? If so, and it's zone alarm pro, sometimes it will change its settings arbitrarily. I've had this happen a few times. Also, if you are using something like "spybot" or "pest patrol" and used the "immunize" command, check that it didn't add this web site.
