For those of us who don't know these names, where was the location of the waterwheel?
I remember back in the late 70's, someone was building a waterwheel near the mouth of Surprise Canyon. Is this the location? I remember seeing it in its early stages and thinking his design was all wrong.
Was he using this to drive a stamp mill or something? Any details would be appreciated.
