We were there back on the 26th of March. The place in my opinion is a mess. Someone decided to use the bedroom window for a target. The kitchen area is in total disarray, doors broken, lots of trash, and someone had a campfire on the front porch. The intricate irrigation system was broken in several places. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time that weekend to do much about it. We are heading back up in that area next month for a weekend. If time permits, I'll do my best to hall out some of the trash.
