Posted by Pugsly on December 07, 2002 at 15:19:49: Trail Report for: Chloride City Chloride City is still alive and well, but there seems to be less left standing with each successive year. The bluffs over the City yield some impressive views across Death Valley to the West, and because of the significant past mining activity there are many trails in the area for driving, if you are so inclined. Surprisingly, we found acceptable cell phone reception (AT&T Wireless).
