This clearly demonstrates the difference between a liberal and a conservative. Hmmm hit it right on the head. You go into DEATH Valley knowing there is flash flooding occuring and somehow it is the government's fault. And you would expect me, the taxpayer, to buy you a new Jeep. The barricades weren't put up on 190 until after another storm cell came through in the evening.
