Also, you wanted to do so without water or restroom facilities, and you refused to obtain the required personal injury insurance. Apparently the BLM does not allow rock and soil to be removed for purpose of sale. If so, there would be gravel companies everywhere helping themselves to Rock. Finally got the answer as I did feel sorry for you. Maybe you should let the few who offered to help do so. You may save your property by being honest.
