When I was on the road crew in 1999-2000 it seems to me that the Superintendent's policy was that no maintenance would be done on Wildrose Road. I don't know why. Ironically, there was a mudslide on Cal 190 and the only way in from the West was on that road. Don't know the current Supe's policy on this but I can find out at work next week.
