Well, I can tell you one thing, and escape campfire is one that has gone out side the perimiter of the fire ring, If a Forest Service type fire fighter comes across a fire that was caused by a camp fire and has excaped the perimiter of the ring, he gets hazard pay (25%) more for the whole day for taking supression action, it is then a stat. fire as apposed to non reportable.
