I too enjoy the cabins. I photograph them and then my wife paints stylized versions of them with Photoshop.
As for posting pics, you can link to pictures on other websites. I'm not sure how you link only to the picture and not the entire website.
I may eventually put up a website with the pics and painting and of course, no location information.
