As I mentioned below, I check my GPS at 7:45 PST, March 19 and could see no difference in my home location from a pre-war reading. It is my understanding that when the degradation was reduced from 100 meters it then became accurate to within 10 meters. Is there something beyond that accuracy, surveying use for instance, that has been altered?
