Bingo!! Bill Roper told me many years ago that Stella and one or two other people were the only ones to know the final resting place of Manson's bus. As Roper told it, the bus was reduced in size as best as could be done with a cutting torch. As much of the bus as could collected was added to an old, unnamed, mine shaft with a large amount of dynamite. That was done, according to Roper, by Stella because she didn't want the NPS or the Looky Loos getting there hands on it to make money with. In respomce to those of you in this thread who think that Manson was treated unfairly, GET A LIFE!! The Alpha Mike is a murderer, he and his band of whackos killed people. If it wasn't for Rose Bird, another Alpha Mike, we would gave gassed his ass as it should have been done.
