I'll be looking for you as well. I'm monitoring the road & weather reports right here on DV.COM & also weatherunderground.com for other areas to get an idea what to expect. Weekend looks cloudy but dry, or at best light rain. Although the upper elevations are always a concern.
Never underestimate the power of a flash flood, by the way. I was in a flash flood in Hurricane, Utah, right outside of Zion. We had to stop and wait it out the rain was coming down so hard we couldn't see to drive, & the highway turned in to a small river. Fortunately we had no problems, and once the rain subsided a few minutes later, we proceeded to find out we had been in the heart of the storm. The area above us had only light rain. We were lucky, but it was definitely frightening to think of what it could have become!
