First off the Park Service has an ambulance service with EMT's/Paramedics. In an emergency a 911 call will summon them. They can take you by ambulance to Pahrump or call a Pahrump-based air ambulance. The closest medical facility would be in Beatty. It is not open at night but there is a doctor/PA on-call and available by pager. Beatty has a volunteer ambulance service staffed with Paramedics and there is a heliport at the Beatty clinic for air evac to Las Vegas. Here's info on Pahrump facility:
