DV Flooding - Gold Point, NV Experience

Post below about Lida and NV266 impact from flashflooding prompted me to email Herb Robbins out at Gold Point. Got this reply this morning from Herb.

Yes we did get hit pretty hard. On our side of Lida just before you get
into the mountain area it took out the road and on the other side it tore up
the road pretty good. They had 266 closed for 2 days doing repair on both
areas. It is passable now but I think they still have more to do. Our
water road and Wiley road washed out as per usual and the paved road had
debris up close to town and at the entrance when you first turn on 774.
Town survived with some small road damage. Other than that we did ok. We
had hail the size of marbles and a whole lot of water.
