I 'overspoke' when I mentioned volunteer work as I'm not in charge of anything. Sorry, but that seemed to me to be the only possible way non-residents could get in here and photograph. However, IMHO, I don't see how volunteers could hurt. The initial contact number would be 760-786-3244. That is the Visitor Center info line. Hell's bells, I'll probably catch NPS flak over this post, too. Well, I'll just have to stand by my 1st ammendment rights.
