Cerro Gordo/Saline Valley in November

Looking to spend some time in the Saline Valley/Steele Pass area this November using the Hot Springs as a "base camp". We'll have two vehicles plus a couple ATV's for exploring.

Have never been to Cerro Gordo and it looks like a good day trip (or overnight) destination. Not sure if the passes there from Saline Valley ever snow in or not -- if they do, what does November look like for our chances?
