I already moved at your request, but my comments now, are about the Tunnel. I want to comment about the catch 22 for the owners. BLM will not allow us or our caretakers, to care for our own private property, when our claims are idle. BLM calls it trespassing. Only their volunteers are invited to trespass, by BLM, to care for them, even if we tell BLM we do not want them there, due to liability lawsuit risk issues. We are not allowed to remove our historic structures, BLM, informs us, because they are historic. BLM can then proceed to cite us for a minor code violation, that, BLM, will not allow us to comply with.(trespassing) This is true even if the BLM trained volunteers caused this violation themselves, while trespassing, daily. BLM invites them there, while denying us the right to stop them, or to keep an eye on them, or to be able to protect our own equipment, etc. BLM can then make our claims invalid, because we did not comply. BLM can then "take" our property away from us, after they make the claims invalid. Or BLM can remove the structures themselves, and charge the miner for their removal, at outrageously inflated costs, saying this was only because we refused to comply and fix the minor violation. BLM can do this whether they make the claims invalid or not. Ed is doing just exactly what BLM wants him to do. I believe he knows it. So are the volunteers. In this blackmail-like situation, the only other option left to the miner, as BLM likes to point out often, is for us to sign over the deed to everything we own and hand it over to Hector Villalobos, the Ridgecrest,Ca. BLMFO manager, without his having to offer or give, us just compensation for our property, for public domain. I have refused to, evidentally so have Tonies' inheritors. If all else fails, claim jumping, might work, to take our property away from us, to make it an adopt-a-cabin, and invite the worldwide, transient, public, trespassing rights, also. Lawsuits are another option. Okay, my hijack,is over, I wish that of the volunteers and BLM, were over also.
