The latch came from McMaster Carr. Those things are hard to find! As for the plate light, well we were looking at using contact switches and the like. Finally decided to go the easy route and mount the damn thing on the bumper proper. I kind of like that idea better anyway. It will keep any live wires away from that 5gal bunker buster strapped to the back.
