Cadillac Desert, by M. Reisner, claims that the DWP tried to buy up all photo rights to the dam failure. Have you folks heard anything about that? It also appears likely that casualties were higher than the official version, due to presence of migrant camps in the arroyo. Nothing like a good coverup....
I'm thinking we'll hit crisis point before the courts resolve the water issues.
