I was over Lippencott Rd three weeks ago, and all was fine. The road will not be a challenge for the Wrangler. I recommend that you give yourself at least four hours to travel the route you’ve mentioned. This would allow for sight seeing along the way. From your question about the Lippencott road, I presume that you would be driving this road from the SV end past the Racetrack and then onto the Scotty’s Castle area. The route could be traveled in less time, but you should take your time and enjoy the sights.
