Name of plant needed

My brain is gone. Too much desert sun on my head. Time to buy a hat like Joel’s.

I forgot the name of the most common bush/tree dotting the landscape of Indian Well, Panamint Valley, and beyond. This is the bush/tree that smells so wonderful after a rain shower.

Anyone?
