CB's "old issue"

I guess the question got side tracked with cell and hams, but any one use their CB in Saline, Death and Panament?? is their any standard channel used for spicific locations???? I got a really good CB at a garage sale for $1.00 hooked it up and it works great, thinking about putting it in the truck just for shits and giggles.
