IN 1999 we attempted a hike to Beverage via the trail through Snowflake Mine. The trail was in terrible shape, very steep & washed out(often we had to crawl). There was also several rattlesnakes on the trail & we never found any water.
We never made it to Beverage as we ran to low on water.
