I don't know how anyone could get from Willow to the valley floor - I was there in November and few miles from the floor we reached a basin - it was difficult to see a safe way over the sheer 100 foot wall and down the other side. I would not recommend it without some serious research and experience.
About the road - you are probably fine in a two-wheeler - assuming things are dry of course BUT I would suggest extra high clearance - a few deep ruts in places - especially towards the end where you reach teh water tanks - but nothing you probbaly have not seen on Goler.
