After the way sites where handled in the EMNP, I have little faith in the BLM to do the right thing. Court costs are the only way to get results with the BLM, but thats kinda like fighting ourself, since they use OUR tax $$ to fight us.
I have learned to fear the word "compromise" when the BLM uses it.
Just my 2 cents, but keep us posted as you learn anything. Is there a "Burro Schmidt Tunnel forum anywhere?
