I wish the clubbers would try the move in on me....They would get a live shot of the Ball park frank endangered anaconda. Twice I have vacated cabins simply because the people were nice, and I wanted to return the hospitality.. At Russells I move to the base of the valley where I have a nice tent spot, also, near the steel lookout chairs there is a great flat spot. I have also offered to share multi cabins with folks who have a decent back country attitude.(and a full ice chest) I feel no pity for the guy who shows up with 2 dozen kids and relates that he does not have a tent and he was planning on staying at the cabin. I encountered a group of college students from the Bay Area at the Minnetta in march.Their 12 passenger van had not one tent or cooking utensils. Their ill prepared group leader was not friendly and very pushy. They spent a very cold and misrable evening at the steel dump around the corner.......while I rocked out to 97.1 the point...all rock and roll classics.......alone on the massive front porch. I would rather spend the evening with jethro Tull than some clubber who is peaking for the 87th time.
