joel briggs submitted a culture resource survey to the blm sometime ago. they (blm) are or have evaluated the options available to them per the report. i do believe they are "leaning" more toward blasting the corner out. about a month ago an illegal attempt was made to repair the road but the blm ranger put a stop to it.
it is in the works but secrecy seems to be the policy here.
