Be aware of a condition that can occur this time of year. With warm days melting the surface of the snow and then nights with temperatures below freezing a very hard sheet of ice in areas with snow can be incountered as you start your morning hike. On steeper slopes a fall can almost be the equivalent of a free fall.
I certainly don't mean to discourage a hike to the top of Telescope, just be aware of the possible problem.
